Memorial Day Weekend

We had a pretty amazing Memorial Day weekend. The only thing that could have made it better is if Steve could have been in town to enjoy it with us.
So, we had a completely FULL agenda these last few days. After work and dance practice on Friday, we went to Mama and Papa's house so we could get up early to launch the boat. We were suppose to wake up at 3-4am (that didn't happen), but we did make it out of the house by 9-ish.

Day 1 of our little adventure included cruisin the Sound and going to a Mariner's game later that night. It was so nice because we just docked the boat at Bell Harbor Marina in Seattle and walked to Safeco Feild for the game.

On the boat before the game.

This was the Kid's first time ever to a baseball game. All the food, people and commotion got Kai really, REALLY hyper. He was talking to random people and taking pictures and video of the folks sitting behind us. Good thing they didn't seem to mind. Overall, I think they had a good time.

Our seats were great too. 151-38-seats 7-15. Not too shabby. Thanks Mom and Pops.
It was crazy how the crowd went nuts every time Griffey Jr or Ichiro came up to bat. But that didn't matter, the Mariners lost 5-1. Better luck next time.

Day 2, included a delicious breakfast on the boat and a ride to American lake. The weather was perfect, the water was freezing, but everyone had a blast. Jeff was going to look for the ring he lost during our last visit to American lake, but didn't get the chance. He didn't pass up the opportunity to play with the snorkel gear though. It was so funny because Jeff was cleaning the side of the boat while swimming in the water. He looked like our little "Manny". Hahahe.... Ariana and Kai even got in the water. We tried to entice Caleb, but he just wasn't havin it, who could blame him though, the water almost put me to shock.

I wonder, can dogs get sea sick???

We watched the sun set and had our cameras ready to catch the veiw.

It kinda makes you wish you lived on a lake too....

Day 3. SLEEP. We slept at Mom and Pops place that night and it was so nice. I didn't get up till 9 which is really late for me. Jeff and I made breakfast for everyone. The weekend was still young and there were things that could still be done. So we decided to make a trip to Tumwater Falls. Another perfect day!! Jeff and I used to walk to the Falls from our old apartment in Olympia, about 5 miles, not too bad. But it was always worth it.

Kai, Ariana, and Caleb....

One of the little rapids.

Oh yeah, Po was with us the entire weekend too.

My boys... Jeff and Kai

Kai is always doing something. I swear you could put him in a room by himself and he would find something to do and actually have a blast.

Our Princess Ariana.

Another great weekend with the family. We can't wait till we can do it again.

Happy 52nd Birthday Pops

We also celebrated Papa's birthday this weekend doing what he loves, playing on the boat with his family. We met up with Mom and Pop's at American Lake and had saved a prime location to drop anchor and soak up the sun. It was a beautiful day, 76 degrees with a nice cool breeze. We (Jen, Steve, Jeff, and I) got pops a really nice gift too, a truck dome tent! Pops was already wanting to set it up and was asking when we were going to go camping.

Caleb and Jen met up with us later in the afternoon, but Caleb didn't hestitate to get into his life jacket and get his feet wet. Too cute!!!

My little ducklings! Ariana and Kai jumped off the front of the boat for the first time today. I didn't have to push Ariana very hard to convince her to do it, but Kai on the otherhand, took a little more encouragement and bribing for him to jump. They both loved it. The water was freezing....BBrrrrr

Before we got on the boat, we let the kids and Po run around the American Lake Park. We got some really cute pics and I couldn't pass up posting them.

Po-pers playing with Ariana's water balloon.

Our princess.

Kai, always having a good time

I think I caught him looking at a bug or something. I don't know... Hahaha

Kai can make a game from anything. He's going to be brilliant!

Ariana, our nurturing and caring flower. She's growing into a beautiful young lady. Oh no!!! She's going to give Jeff a heart attack...

Desi's Birthday Party

So this weekend we celebrarted Desi's 24th birthday... We took her to the Rock for dinner and then The Swiss for some DANCING. I cannot believe how much fun we had and how great it turned out. Everyone had a great time and no one woke up with hang over's, which is surprising because of the amount of alcohol that was consumed. I'm glad to have Desi in our lives and hope that she will always remember what a good time she had.... Happy Birthday Sweetie!!!!

Wu, Chris, Jeff, Me, Birthday Girl, and Miss Manjit were in attendance as well as Jenny, Kim, Baljit, Andy and Bichelle.

Being silly at the Swiss

I think everytime we hang out with Chris and Wu and alcohol is involved there's always a picture with Wu's hand grabbing Chris's boobs. LOL! It doesn't look like she minds too much though.

Wu, doing his "Wutzzup" face!!!! I think this is after two shots of Patron.

The boys in attendance: Andy, Wu, Baljit and Jeff.

My work "Brother". I was so surprised to see that he could "get down" on the dance floor.

Jeff, Manjit, Me, Baljit and Desi.

I've missed Manjit at work so much and was so excited when I found out that she came out. We're definitely doing it again in SEATTLE!!! Wooo Hooo

My Jeff and Me! He did so good taking care of me... Thank you baby. I love you

Andy being silly as usual and his girlfriend Bichelle.

Desi and her birthday cake. (It was a chocolate cake shot)

After dancing for hours, still looking HOT!!!

This was Desi's first shot of Patron ever...actually I think that this was her first shot....ever
She did so well. Tequilla agrees with her.

Happy Birthday Desi!

Mother's Day Weekend

This past weekend was mother's day weekend and, as usual, I had to work. So overall, it was a very busy weekend for the whole family. Jeff's sister and brother-in-law bought a new Moomba ski boat. They took it around American Lake for about an hour. 9 more hours before we can officially have some REAL fun with it. But for now, we're content with breaking it in.

Another exciting thing this past weekend was that Jeff's grandma, step-grandpa and Auntie Jane came to visit. We all had dinner at each others homes while they were here. I'm sure that they were exhausted, I know I was. I can't wait till they come back again or maybe next time we can go and visit them.
